1 Our standard
KMSTRY is an adult social-discovery and venue platform operated by Bright Minds Hub Marketing Management LLC. You must be at least 18 to use it. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation, including child sexual abuse material, across profiles, messages, images, text, venue content and all other uses of the service. For these standards, a child is anyone under 18.
Being an adult-only platform does not exempt KMSTRY from addressing harm involving children. These standards apply to personal users, venue owners, team members and anyone acting through an account.
2 Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use KMSTRY to:
- Share, request, produce, promote or distribute child sexual abuse material or sexualised depictions of a child, including exploitative manipulated or AI-generated depictions.
- Groom a child, solicit sexual contact or content from a child, or facilitate an adult's sexual exploitation of a child.
- Threaten, coerce, blackmail or extort someone in connection with child sexual content or exploitation.
- Facilitate trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation of children, or contact intended to enable those acts.
- Promote, normalise or provide access to child sexual abuse or exploitation, including by sharing links or instructions to obtain abusive material.
- Disclose information in order to endanger or exploit a child, evade enforcement, or recruit others to participate in this conduct.
Do not distribute suspected illegal material as a warning, test, report or appeal. Reporting an item does not require downloading it, taking a copy or sending it to other users.
An underage account is also prohibited even if no sexual abuse is involved. A report of an underage account and a report of child sexual exploitation may require different investigations; neither should be ignored because the service is intended for adults.
3 How to report a concern
Use the in-app Report control on the relevant profile or content and choose Child safety concern. Describe the concern and identify the account, content, message, venue or event involved. If your version's categories do not name child safety, select the closest relevant category or Other and clearly describe the concern. A child-safety report does not become less important because it was submitted under another category.
If you cannot use an in-app report, contact deniz@brightmindshub.net with the subject “KMSTRY child safety concern”. Provide identifiers or links within KMSTRY, relevant dates and a brief explanation. Do not attach suspected child sexual abuse material, passwords or verification codes. We may ask for limited additional information through an appropriate secure process.
You can also block the relevant user through supported controls. If someone faces immediate danger, contact the emergency services or child-protection authority appropriate to their location. KMSTRY is not an emergency service and this contact channel does not guarantee a real-time response.
4 How we respond
We prioritise reports indicating possible child abuse or exploitation and assess them through authorised safety personnel. Depending on the risk and findings, we may limit visibility, remove content, restrict interactions or suspend or terminate an account. We do not wait for a public complaint or a final criminal finding before taking a protective action that is justified by our rules and applicable law.
Automated image and text checks assist this process, alongside user reports and human assessment. They do not reliably establish age, confirm the legal status of every image or detect every harmful interaction. An automated approval is not proof that a child-safety concern is unfounded.
We remove known child sexual abuse material from access through the service and follow the reporting obligations that apply to us. Confirmed cases are escalated to the appropriate regional authority or, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). The applicable authority and process depend on the facts and governing law; not every ordinary user report is automatically sent to an external organisation.
We may limit what we disclose about an investigation to protect the affected person, a reporter, lawful proceedings or security controls. We prohibit retaliation against a person for making a good-faith safety report. Deliberately abusive reports can themselves violate our Terms.
5 Handling information safely
Access to child-safety case information is limited to people with an authorised need to act. We do not publish a reporter's identity as part of the report or use case evidence for marketing.
We retain only information justified for the safety investigation, an applicable legal obligation or a valid preservation requirement, with restricted access and a reviewed retention period. Removal from public access is different from any lawful preservation. Suspected illegal material must not be copied into ordinary email, chat, task trackers or general application logs.
Account or content deletion does not override a valid preservation requirement. It also does not justify keeping all account data indefinitely: unrelated data remains subject to the applicable deletion process.
See our Privacy Policy for further information about processing, providers, retention and privacy requests.
6 Decisions and review
If you believe we made an error, contact support with the account or content reference and explain why. Do not resubmit suspected illegal material. An appeal does not automatically restore content or remove an interim protective restriction. We may be unable to disclose protected case details or take a requested action where law or another person's safety prevents it.
We review these standards and the associated reporting process as the service or legal requirements change. Child-safety enquiries are handled through our designated point of contact and authorised support process. The company remains responsible for operating that process and responding to appropriate authority enquiries.
