You can delete your account in the KMSTRY app under Account Settings → Delete account. If you no longer have access to the app, use the form below.
What will be deleted
Your login identity, personal profile, venue memberships, check-in history, last-known location, conversations, uploaded media and device tokens are removed from active systems through account deletion, subject to the limited exceptions below.
Before you continue
We will send a confirmation link to your account email. The link expires after 30 minutes. This action cannot be undone after confirmation.
Limited safety reports, necessary evidence and records required for fraud prevention, legal claims or regulatory obligations may be retained for the justified period with restricted access. Backup copies expire separately. Read our Privacy Policy and Child Safety Standards for details.
