Signing in
You can sign in with email and password, Google, or Apple. If you can't sign in, reset your password from the login screen.
Deleting your account
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This starts the account-deletion process. Limited safety or legally required records may be retained as explained in our Privacy Policy. If you cannot access the app, use the web deletion request.
Downloading your data
Go to Settings → Account Center → Download your data, or read the data export guide.
Notifications
Manage push categories in Settings → Notifications.
Reporting or blocking
Use the report controls on the relevant profile or content to flag abuse. For suspected child abuse or exploitation, choose Child safety concern. Do not download or send another copy of suspected illegal material. Read our Child Safety Standards for reporting and response information. Blocking is available in supported profile controls.
